It is common at A-level for a question, like this one, to present you with limited information. You need to start by recognising exactly what the question is asking, before you begin to construct an appropriate answer.
These types of question can seem daunting, but there are useful strategies you can use before you start writing an answer. You should read, and re-read, the question, to ensure that you are clear about what the examiner wants to see. Avoid writing what you know if it is not what is required. It will not get you marks, and will use up precious time. Many students write long answers that gain no marks, while a small number gain maximum marks by answering the question asked and no more.
