Angular motion and momentum are topics covered by all the major exam boards.

Towards the end of every A-level PE course, when I ask students what they have found difficult, they energetically say, ‘biomechanics’. When I ask for specifics, students groan at the concept of angular momentum. I respond by telling them that I am on a personal mission to encourage enjoyment of biomechanics as a topic – after all, it is all about the motion of our own bodies.
