Self-confidence is an important topic in the sport psychology section of all the major exam board specifications.

Since beginning my career as a practitioner, undoubtedly the most common drive for athletes seeking support is to build confidence. Just like perfecting your swimming stroke, your backhand return in tennis or the perfect squat form, confidence is a skill. It can and needs to be learned and developed to reach a high level and serve you well.
