GenAI technology is widely used in the UK. For example, a survey carried by Deloitte in April 2024 found that 36% of respondents from the UK had used GenAI. This equates to 18 million people. Of those who had used the technology, 10% stated that they use it every day while 26% stated that they use it weekly. The research also found big differences between age groups.
